Hello everyone I was wondering if there is a similar drone to this sold to the public I think it would be an awesome Christmas present.

Closest I could find is the Parrot Jumping Sumo.

The R6 Siege drone is based on a Recon Scout-drone, it's nearly spot on.

As far as drones and RC-equipment goes, it wouldn't be too difficult to build one out of scratch, or by seriously chopping up a commercial RC-car and stuffing the necessary innards in a tube and stick some new wheels on it.
