So I got bored while waiting on parts for my Iron man build and threw together this Daredevil model based on the Netflix series. Later on I will modify it to a more detailed version but so far it looks pretty good I think. I made it so it would (hopefully) fit about a 7 to 7 1/2 inch head. I've already ran it through Netfabb cloud and there's isnt issues with it, so it's ready to print! The link to download is at the very bottom of this post.

I probably won't print it myself because I have numerous other projects I'm working on however if someone wants to make it and then post pics, that would be great.

Couldn't someone take the model and use it as a reference to make a lower-poly pep model off of?

Good job on that model. I kinda wish I could pep but due to health issues I can't (I have a particular type of arthritis in my hands and I'm only 27 :unsure).

I didn't model it, but i made some changes, the horns used to be flat tipped, i just went into blender and selected all four edges, and clicked "join at center" and then they were pointy :p the model also had a open edge "red edge" down the middle that i fixed by joining the two halfs together.

I recently bought a small 3d printer too and have been learning how to cut bigger models. So far I've found two programs very helpful. Netfabb I find is great for cutting and positioning the files which you can then export as stl files but unfortunately the free version doesn't allow you to rejoin the pieces. For that I use meshlab which if you have correctly positioned the pieces in netfabb prior to exporting the files, you can just import into meshlab and then flatten the mesh which will just reform into a single piece.

Hope that helps.

I am looking for a good daredevil baton model. Does anyone know of one. BTW great model, can't wait to print this out!!
