I like the two lead actors, but it does lead to a question: are there any Egyptians in this film?

That is some really poor, unfinished CGI. I know it is an early trailer and I will (hopefully) get better, but it reminds me of the Rock in the Scorpion King. It looks like you get to see the actors right up until they fight and then it all turns into CGI battle. Still seems like a good way to waste a snowy afternoon (on discount movie day).

Somebody watched 300, the Scorpion King, and then tried to make a Michael Bay version of them.


It looks very imaginative and very dumb.

I'd just settle with foreigners that didn't all speak with an accent solely from the UK.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau channeling Kurt Russell looks kinda cool.
That said...

Looks like a fun movie but I hate the CGI overload , looks like a video game. And looks like the majority of the scenes were shot in a studio stage.

It looks like an utter abomination. That said... it also kind of looks like it'll be a FUN abomination, so I'll probably watch it once it hits Netflix.

My thoughts exactly, after about 15 seconds into the movie. The visual overload displayed in recent movies like "Jupiter ascending" has officially been overloaded by this movie.

While I like a lot of the ideas and concepts displayed in the trailer I can´t find originality in it and do not think that anyone will be able to emotionally attach theirselves to ONE character in that movie, i.e. really care or like the character.
Worse than Clash of the Titans, Percy Jackson, etc.
