This is my first time posting here. So here is my take on Buzz Lightyear. It's made from foam mats. This is my first time doing a foam or armor build (I typically just sew). It was a fun learning experience. It also took a bit of work since I had to design the templates myself (I couldn't find any good ones elsewhere). For your convenience, I made an Instructables tutorial outlying how I went about designing the templates. Feel free to use them and improve on them. I'm still working on other details such as the joint balls and a working laser light. I just needed to finish the build quickly for a local Comic Con. I'll post a proof and entry photo once I'm done.
