Are the characteristics of the steel shroud (shape, wall thickness, screw type, etc) also seen in either of the ANH vader sabers?

If it's in ESB then it's the same in ROTJ

I don't really know. Perhaps somebody more expert can answer that.

No real clear shots of the ANH saber to tell wall thickness.
