Need Help with a Prop/Cosplay

I've been searching for a specific helmet for the better part of an afternoon and have only drawn the conclusion that it is indeed a Riot Helmet. I cannot find the specific helmet however, I hope someone here can help. I assume its an old police riot helmet judging by the flip down face shield and neck guard but I cannot find the model. I've included a screen grab as well as the only video available to me so far.

This one looks fairly close, don't you think?

Yeah I've found a lot of very close approximations online. I'm tempted to contact a couple of guys in the police department nearby to see if they have any old civil disturbance gear that I can get my hands on. Honestly though I think the biggest hurdle is finding one that looks good to fit my enormous head. A DOT size XXL helmet usually works. I'm also on the hunt for the shoulder pads and the "ear piece" if you have any suggestions there.
