I would love for it to be 28mm scale for use in a cyber punk themed table for Infinity the game.

Never heard of one... not that means much. Come to think of it, I can't recall *any* models or figures from fifth element... the film's owners may not play "that way". A quick Google found me this on 'Buc's' page:

Highly doubt there's a kit. But would be a fun scratch-build.

oh wow , I am still pulling together materials and deciding on scale, modelling the bamboo and mr Kim were the problems I haven't solved yet

Great inspiration to get started on my own one, I am build using cut down lollipop sticks , hoping to bring these materials on holidays with me as easy to carry.
