Thanks for the Captain Phasma helmet. Can you design the the body armor for Captain Phasma? I think it's the same design as the new stormtroopers.

Is there any chance someone might be able to create a PDF of the standard Stormtrooper helmet? I work on Mac. Does any know if there is pep software for Mac.

I'm an amateur about to make the Captain Phasma helmet (Thank you Rundown!). I don't have foam, so I wanted to make it with cardstock. When I opened up the file there were a bunch of pieces not on the printing paper like this: Screen Shot 2015-09-07 at 9.27.18 PM.png Do I need those pieces? If so how do I get them onto the paper? Thank you so much!

Thanks again rundown for the stormie helmet file. It was a fun-filled 37 hours of cutting, pasting and trying not to lose my sanity on that fine detail groove that goes around the helmet. What a pain that was.

Here's an early shot, taken sometime in early August. The missing details have since been added... except for the 4 greeblies that go on the top and sides of the helmet. I'm leaving those off until the helmet is ready for paint so I can get as smooth a finish as possible. I may even remove the 2 greeblies that stick out on either side to get a better finish and put them back later.

Since these two pics, I've completed the pep, colored some areas black with a marker for visual gratification and already did the resin & fiberglass reinforcement. Next comes all the fun with sanding, filling and sanding some more along with some minor modifications that will be made to make it more like the movie lids... but better. Then once it's in primer and the clay & silicon I ordered arrives, matrix mold gets made then I can finish off this helmet in a high-gloss white with satin black accents and work on my "Evolution of the Stormtrooper" helmet display.... oh yea, and let's not forget the vacuum forming buck for the lenses, castings of the greeblies, aluminum grill for the frown (and form mold) and the mic tip. Thank god there are no electronics in this one.

rundown, I can't seem to download the Snowtrooper helmet file. I made an account on the 405th, but it says I don't have permission to view the page. Is there any other way I can access the helmet file? And is it because I'm a new member and haven't met the 50 post/90 day requirement on the 405th? I was able to download the rest of the Snowie parts no problem, and I just need the helmet. Thanks for offering these up for free!

I've got the same problem, I'm trying to download the Kylo Ren helmet to unfold into foam but can't, I assume because I only joined the 405th today and have no posts yet.

I'm having the same problem, but it seems to be because the files aren't there. Never had a problem downloading files, even right when I first joined. That seems to be some kind of default error message the site gives when you try to link to something that isn't there. The only TFA files that seem to be on there are rundown's Snowtrooper. I had downloaded the Phasma and Flametrooper helmet files back when they first went up, no problems. Now they're not there, and neither is the basic Stormtrooper I went back to get.

First off, thank you for posting your files for free!
But for some reason, when I press the link to one of the models, it says that I do not have permission to access the page on the 405th. Is there a way I can fix this situation?

Look one post up.:p Has nothing to do with permissions -- the files are just not there any more, and I don't know why.

Maybe there was some sort of Copyright issue? I was able to download the Phasma (needs unfolding) and the Stormtrooper. I was wanting the Snow/Flame trooper and would be willing to swap with anyone lucky enough to have gotten it?

All the Snowtrooper stuff is there (unless you aren't registered on the 405th, in which case sure), and I have the flametrooper helmet, if you'd be up for shooting the Stormtrooper my way. PM me...
