Anyone else going to this? I'm going down with a bunch of friends. Not really that hugely into anime myself, but I wear non-anime cosplays like many other people there.

Yep. It's the reason my girlfriend and I met. I messaged someone who was tagged in a picture on Facebook and said "I saw you and liked your costume." She said "I wasn't there this year." I messaged the wrong person. Despite how idiotic that is, we've been together since.
