Getting me one of those!
Getting me one of those!
I hope they do an AT-AT to go with the AT-ST.
Will definetely get one aswell
From what I've read it was 1/72
I think the Star Destroyer is too good to be true until an official announcement. But if it happens I'll s$&t my pants.
Although not a popular one, I'd love to see Jabba's sail barge. Simply because you could have a lot of fun with paint
I know Jaitea....I've been waiting for a decent styrene SD since 1978. As a kid, unboxing the MPC SD was a big disapointment. Even back then I knew the proportions werent' correct and all that raised detail was sickening. Several years later (ok...maybe decades...showing my age here) I was just about to buy the Anigrand one, until they got a C&D. Then I was all for the RC SD, until I heard about problems with the resin castings (which I'm certain have been corrected). I'm going to wait for a bit and see if this rumour becomes truth. 1/1700 or anything smaller will do. Bandai has impressed (for the most part...there are always people that say things can be improved) and if they do release a SD in any scale, I'm sure they will knock it out of the park.
Astroboy...now you're talking. That is something that needs to be done along with skiffs, characters and a Sarlaac pit.
On another note, if anyone could tell the web designers of Bandai, that they are "TIE" fighters...it would be appreciated.
OK guys,.....time to get salivating again & get your credit cards-a-ready
....some images of new Bandai stuff:
3PO looks gorgeous:
Now they need to release an in-scale Salacious Crumb to nibble his eye.
Just take my money. 3PO looks amazeballs, as my kids say.
Oh - MY!
Now, if only a 1/48 Y-Wing of such quality... iconic all the way! (Almost there! Almost there!)
That X-wing looks amazing but I don't care for the stand. Oh well. Minor quibble. I'll be picking up one of these.
How long would that x wing be?
I do wish they'd done the 1:48 XW without the electronics - I don't need motors and lights if it takes a simple, still relatively small, mass-produced kit to eighty bucks.
Or slightly worse. I'm seeing a cultman preorder at $99, with an msrp of $119. I can get over the price, but the wing mechanism needs a little TLC. Probably a simple fix with a file may give it a smoother transition.
Thanks for the HLJ pointer.
Yeah, anything licensed for Japan should only be bought from a Japanese distributer.
That 1/144 falcon that I bought for $20 from hlj sits at $109 at my local hobby shop
The only problem that I have encountered on HLJ is that for some reason takes much longer to ship. Normally, I can get stuff in less than two weeks coming from overseas, but I waited a month for my order from them. But I will overlook the shipping times because of the great savings.
I simply order from ebay here in uk,usually find more Japanese sellers on eBay.com who ship international so buy from ebay.com,good Chinese sellers also, tend to have them delivered import charge free.so got the walker for like £18 delivered which is amazing, bought 2 ties and the cost me less than £30 for both!bandai brings us axing kits at Rock bottom prices so wow wow wow!!!!!!!!!
defo gonna grab the 1/48 x wing,maybe 2!
A link to images of the R2 & R5 kit
I'm gonna paint & weather mine
Big gap on R2's head ???
....."Why you little.....!!"
It's funny that with all the optional extras Bandai throw in,.....like all the tools & periscopes etc,....why is there no rocket pack to make R2 fly,.....its almost like the Prequels never existed!!!
