portal gun pepakura help?

Hey all.
ive got it in my head that I want to make a start on a portal gun. Ive seen different methods of making. And I dont like the idea of trying to hand sculpt foam to form the shells ect.
ive seen that a few have made a pepakura version. And as I have used pepakura before to make. Iron man. Dredd. And magento helmets. I am swaying towards using that to make the gun.
if anyone can link me to pepakura files for the gun this would be much appreciated.
also any tips or tricks on making the gun would be great.

wiring diagrams ect would be a bonus.
