Nike mag upgrades

Does any one in UK do the mods with EL pannels and led bubbles sell a kit to do the sole and the bubbles with all inverters for 3v
 
Hi,
I Also know someone who puts everything together incl the EL strap. Don't know about prices though.

Do you also make the upgrades yourself, or do you just sell the kit?
