Ford explorer

Hi guys im looking to gather the bits to attempt my own jurassic park explorer. So far i can only find threw door versions so was wondering g if anyone knows where to finda five door version in 1/20 or 24 scale ? Thanks, Al

AMT do a 1996 Ford Explorer 4x4, but that is a later model than the JP vehicle. You'd want a '92 explorer. maybe you will need to put the 92 on the 96 body? I'd like to build one myself, so maybe we can collaborate on our respective projects.


edit: spend a few minutes looking at various Bronco, Ranger and F150 kits. There's not much out there suitable
I've got the two kits from the sequel "Lost World" but haven't opened them to see what they are like.

I've got your answer, mrfantasticaj. Maisto does a diecast 1/25 scale 92 explorer. it has correct wheel pattern and number of doors.
