How big is the Psychic Paper?

So I'm thinking of making myself a psychic paper prop but I don't know how big the measurements are, so I was hoping you guys could help. I've found a small sheet of leather on eBay (5x8in) and I need to know if I could make the entire wallet out of one sheet.
First of all, how big is the wallet itself after it's been opened up (height & width)?
Secondly, how big is the triangle on the bottom half of the wallet?
Finally, how big is the paper bit?
