Mold Max 30 curing times

Hi guys. I'm wanting to make some molds from some resin parts one weekend but on a limited time scale. Is the 16 hours rated overkill, or will it still be gloopy if you remove them earlier? I've read somewhere that 12 hours will do but don't want to risk it if not.
 
My 30 always cures faster then the recommended time, I still let it go overnight though. I've also found that my first pull using Smoothcast 305 will come out sticky but subsequent pulls are usually fine.
