Northern New Mexico Prop Makers?

Hullo All,

I'm brand new to prop making & building a steampunk styled exo arm for Halloween and Santa Fe Comic Con. The site is excellent & very inspiring!
I'm also wondering if there are any other prop makers in Northern New Mexico? (surely there must be...) Possibly associated to the burgeoning film industry?

PS the weight of this arm is gonna necessitate the use of a shoulder harness. Kinda struggling with the how to of shoulder harnesses in general. Any recommendations?
