Darth Vader ROTJ Reveal mask My build

So..I have some time to build a little bit on my reveal mask now...

First I built the little wheels on the tubes for the top of the crown.

The mask is also missing the "ears"on every side of the head and the complete inside of the lower jaw.

So I started with the "ears" and made drawings on clear plastic to see how the mechanic will work.I had have some resinparts of this..but I really want them movable.
I must also find the right screws or blanks to connect the parts accurate.

I also worked a little bit on the vocoder..found the right hose.

Looking good, love the paint work, I'm in the process of having some metal pieces cut for the ears and looking for the correct size blanks and swivel hinges as soon as I get them back I will post some pics for you

love the work on the vocoder is that 4mm hose your using
 
Man!!! That's one hell of a build!!!
I've read the entire thread, but I seem to miss a part...
What paint did you finally used to paint the gunmetal? Was it the TS-42 or TS-38? Or did you find a nicer one?

Keep up the awesome work!
 
Looking just fabulous my friend I've still a long way to go but hopefully it will look just as good as yours
cant wait to see the rest :thumbsup
 
Looking at all the nice and proper work and time you already put in this build . . . I dread my own future ... still need collecting some more essential parts before I can even commit to start and finish my ROTJ Reveal build ... and I still have to finish some of my OT lightsabers as well :wacko
