Emerald City ComiCon 2015 Updated 03/23/15

Re: Emerald City ComiCon 2015 Updated 03/18/15

Here's the final Talaria schedule post with the last of our new titles and information about an awesome giveaway!

If you’ve stuck with us for the duration of these posts, you’ve seen we’ve got some really amazing stuff coming up. This post will be no different!
Location

All weekend, you can find us on the 6th floor in the Writer’s Block area at tables JJ-05/06. We’re right next to legendary genre writer Michael A Stackpole and epic fantasy powerhouse Patrick Rothfuss.

New Books – Talaria Founders Anthology

Although it was originally released in October, this Emerald City Comicon will mark the first opportunity to purchase, in person, copies of Snicker-Snack: Monster Tales to Cower by. Featuring stories from all of our Founders, as well as Associate Author Martin Schiller, Snicker-Snack also features two stories by Friend of Talaria Press, Aaron Douglas.
Although Aaron can’t join us this year, he’s extremely proud of this book and if you were to bring one to him at an appearance and ask him to sign it… well, let’s say it would probably make his day a whole lot better!

Contest!

That’s right, there’s going to be a very special giveaway this year at Emerald City Comicon. We will have posters of series related artwork put together by our very own Garth Reasby on display at our table. For each item you purchase from us, you will receive one entry to win one of these amazing pieces of art. At 24″ x 36″, printed on high quality glossy stock, each and every one of them is a gorgeous addition to any picture display.

Another year without Sackhoff or Bear McCreary.
*sigh*
AND the con has been sold to another company. Jim D is no longer the owner.

That is true, Jim & George did sell the convention, but Jim and a bunch of the other ECCC staff have been hired on by ReedPOP (the company that purchased them) with the intent of making the other conventions under their umbrella just as awesome as ECCC. It's not neccessarily a bad thing. We'll have to see how it goes. :)
