Re: Emerald City ComiCon 2015 Updated 01/14/15
[h=3]Amanda Tapping[/h]After 12 seasons on Stargate: SG-1, Atlantis, and Universe as Air Force Colonel Samantha Carter, she then took on the lead role of Dr. Helen Magnus on Sanctuary; a project she had been nurturing from its inception on the Internet. The Leo and Saturn Award-winning actress co-founded the all-female Canadian comedy troupe Random Acts and recently worked on the films Space Milkshake, Random Acts of Romance, Taken Back, and Kid Cannabis. She most recently ruled the Heavens as Naomi on the hit TV series Supernatural.
Ms. Tapping will be appearing all three days of Emerald City Comicon!
[h=3]Peter V. Brett[/h]
Peter V. Brett is the internationally bestselling author of The Warded Man and The Desert Spear. Raised on a steady diet of fantasy novels, comic books, and Dungeons & Dragons, Brett has been writing fantasy stories for as long as he can remember. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature and Art History from the University at Buffalo in 1995, then spent more than a decade in pharmaceutical publishing before returning to his bliss. He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
Mr. Brett's new novel, The Skull Throne, will be available for early purchase at our convention, before its official release on March 31.
