One of the hardest props I've built. The blade is sheet metal, the body of the scepter is half 2x4 and half stick ( found in the woods and looked like it would fit). The stone....ugh....took forever to find something to fit. ended up being a clear plastic easter egg shaped like a light bulb. I added the LED and frosted the bulb with clear coat to make it reflective.
