Howdy -

I can give you a quick summary :

TOS Premier :
1. Uses the original fabric (poly double knit weave) weight and faithful color as based off original screen swatches
2. Uses original diamond weave fabric for the neck collar
3. Made in the USA

TOS Standard
1. Uses lighter weight original fabric with wider cut pattern
2. Uses fine ribbed weave collar
3. Made in Taiwan

I've been told the sizing is also very different. The premier is true to size and the standard is much smaller than normal sizes.

I bought a red uniform (Scotty) shirt when they first came out. I love it. I wear a size 42 coat and the shirt fits well (a little snug like the ones in the series).

Can't personally compare it to the standard ones, but it was worth my money.
