Sherlock BBC shirts

I have noticed that the button placement on Sherlock's shirts seem to be higher than is normal on dress shirts and was wondering if anyone can tell me any venues of finding shirts with the buttons placed similarly, or is that something unique to Dolce and Gabbana shirts.

I don't know if anyone else was interested in this topic but after a lot of searching I finally found an inexpensive replica of the shirts including the button positioning. Here's a picture and another of me in my full outfit (minus gloves and scarf).
