New Weird Al(bum) hits the 15th!

Not just "new." "Last," per an interview he gave on NPR. He'll still release music, but it won't be in 10-12 song album format. Rather, it'll be random songs here and there.
 
That's what I've been reading. Makes sense, gives him the opportunity to be more topical and timely. I'm sure collections will still happen though.

Yeah, I remember when Running With Scissors came out in the late 90s, and the songs he added to his "Alternative Polka" were already feeling dated. It makes sense for him to just put out songs here and there, rather than try to package them together and have them lose their timeliness.

One of the best concerts I've ever been to was Weird Al's. Nice guy, too.
