Yeah you are right, the images I have posted of the japanese Terminator are probably not 100% accurate to T1. Here are some blueray images of T1 I found on the net:

Edit: They seem to have used different jaw pistons, the thinkness slightly varies between them:

just finishing up a T 800 skull in clay for molding not done yet but let me know what you guys think :)

Just downloaded your photos, thanks for that. The details in that M1 kit are much sharper than the vinyl re-cast I have. I'll tweak a few things.

Yeah I saw some photos of those horrible things and thought I would take some detailed photos and give you some better references. Let me know if you need any more of any other part :D

A small detail which is missing in your last update, maybe you could take a look at that also?

The lower part of the nose has two small triangular shapes on both sides.
