I've been working from time to time on my own batsuit but the only thing that stands in my way is that I cant find a way to make (at least) a moderate level cowl. I'm aiming for more of a Keaton/comic hybrid but all suggestions are appreciated. I usually use only house hold items or cheap things since im a lower class man, Man thanks so every one, keep on the costume lovin!

I think the issue is that you can use pep or cardboard but a cowl needs some flexibility and are typically done in rubber as a result. Which involves taking the hard copy, molding it, casting a copy. Which is costly. Maybe some have had some success with foam? Or the licensed cowls can be reasonably priced.
