[h=3]Daenerys Tyharyen Dragons egg from Game of thrones. Built using a foam egg from Hobby Lobby and a sheet of copper[/h]

I took a 12x18" copper sheet, I believe 0.025" thickness, and cut that into 1" squares. (tin snips)
I then nipped one corner off each square and rounded that edge. (file slow / handheld sanding belt fast)
I domed each square using a ball-peen hammer and a block of wood.

Very Nice! Great idea it use actual copper. Let it age out naturally and it will just look better and better.

Thanks... I still need to weather the rest of the egg and build a box or a stand to keep it on

Hey! Another thread you got. Been watching GOT ever since my friends fed me all this hype. Really like the story, and no I'm not watching it for the "sexposition." lol

Oh, and I like the eggs.
