Beginner builder looking for advice on Captain America Shield.

So being new to the RPF I have been using it a lot to view others builds and noticed they all use this "Spun Aluminum Shield" I live in Australia and am not to sure where they are getting these or what the diameter should be? If anyone could point me in the right direction or better yet send me a link that would be great!

Not the same... That's just a blank spun shield, no grooves. The accurate spun blank will run around $200
