I'm looking at getting this one http://www.procosplay.com/green-arrow-oliver-queen-america-cosplay-costume without gloves arm guard quiver or hood just the jacket pants and hip quiver the legs are buy far the most accurate atm I may have to change the colour but aside from that I think it's a good start

Been away from costuming for a while (life and family happens =) but dove in again for this year's Dcon. Decided to do Arrow and, YES, Pinder is so correct that this was most helpful: http://www.therpf.com/f77/definitive...thread-202219/
Going to tweak the hood some but finished for the most part. Here's my semi-finished product..
-Procosplay Base
-Boots Nike tacticals (painted soles)
-Bow/arrows: custom wood and PVC
-Gloves: Men's Black TacLite2-light tactical gloves

Found mine on ebay, picked my height and they made it, Quiver and gloves were not very good, so I have replaced them

Made the static arrows from ones that did not shoot well, drilled two small oval pieces of wood, inserted arrows, super glued in place, that way Comicon won't have any trouble with me having arrows.
