*Update* June 21st or 28th seem fine to me. Anyone see any conflicts?

Planning is already underway for this year’s prop party.
It’s likely going to be towards the end of June.
The turnout last year was great and I hope the same for this year.

Anyone interested can please feel free to post any questions in this thread.

Stay tuned for more details, I just wanted to get the thread up asap.

I look forward to hearing from everyone.

We should start out by creating a list of other events around that time, like last year, so that we can try to avoid conflicts.

Fortunately, there don't seem to be many conventions in June that would conflict.

I think there's just the Niagara Falls Comic Con, but that's from June 6-8.

That's good to hear! Can't Stop the Serenity is July 5 this year so no conflict with that. Can we create a list of other events happening during the summer anyway? It's handy to see what's when. Most of the larger ones are later in the summer or early autumn right?

Glad to see you've mailed me my plane ticket already :lol

... oh if only I could, I'd be always on the go with cons etc in the US & Canada.

I think June is good, only convention that I can see is NiagaraCon June 6,7,8... Can't wait to attend this year Prop Party again...

We really want to try to get more demonstrations or a seminar or something in, so if anyone has any ideas or would like to do one, please let us know.
