True, but its just so false. Even in shows like Law and Order, they skip things for the sake of the show.Very true, but that's also because the episode or movie is over before the supposed, future court appearance .
For that matter, how do all these criminal that get caught by super heroes end up in prison? Wouldn't the super hero have to appear in court?
Hot chicks made up to look like nerds. Why not just get some hot nerds instead? They're out there but instead we get vapid models dressed up as geeks.
Well, technically, the superhero is not arresting people. They just tie them up and leave them for the cops. You know, false imprisonment. So I would bet that all the criminals they catch end up going free because of that.Personally, I've never seen a superhero movie where the bad guy got his Miranda Rights read to him, so I can easily see how the criminals always avoid prison time.
"I am Cameraman! I am here to record your nefarious deeds and then hand it over to the appropriate authorities!"I remember seeing this actual guy dressed like a super hero, but he would go around with a video camera, film a crime, then call the police. So I guess in that way, they have the evidence and have caught the bad guy. Then the "Super Hero" leaves the scene with no issues.

Or they don't try all that hard and you DO see a stuntman in a helmet in the car, i.e. "Remember The Titans". Paused on the shot and everything.
