hey guys, i havent posted anything on here in a while, so i thought it was time to show this off a little haha.
2 and a half years ago i sculpted my first mask, it was the creature from the black lagoon, one of my all time favorite monsters and since then ive sculpted many other masks and even got a job sculpting and doing fx work! (because of my creature sculpt)
but ever since, parts of my sculpt have bothered me for one reason or another so i decided to to a clay pour in my master mold and resculpt parts of it! one thing led to another and i ended up redoing the entire sculpt and after 2 weeks its just about finished!
heres the original sculpt:
and heres some of the progress so far:
