i have been designing the details of the lowerbay wich atached to the mainbody i'm gonna make it connect to the main body with magnets so i can add batteries in that piece.
Everything else will be glued i'm also making a custom case for it so i can transport it to conventions

1/260 Stargate SG1 X303 Prometheus update 10/04/2014 Hangar ready for mold
I thought i would share Some work i did lately
I have made the plaque for the stand of my Prometheus
I also Received my 3D printed emblems of this project and the next

And the start of the horseshoe shaped platform

so i got back home 12 hours early so i took my sgc logo and combined it with the plaque (keep in mind promethgeus letters will be changed soon)
It looks good but i'm thinking of making it a little bit bigger so that i can use a larger font for the text

Stand has been made only need to make the lettering silver will do that with a toothpick
the stand will hold my battery and will add some weight to whole build
i m working on landing gear in 3d as i write this the main pipe will run from the stand through the landingear into the ship wich will hold the weight on 3 points
In the picture are all the pieces i have allready rest ill be working on in the near future

So a small update on Prometheus
I'm currently working with my 3D designer on the hangar inside detail here are 2 renders of what we allready have
Since i'm waiting for my lasercut material to arrive
I have my updated nose, hangar and wings to attach the hangar to the ship on its way should be here around Monday
If you have an idea to make the hangar stand Out more please share ( not alot of inside pictures)

That should be possible. Shoot me some details about how the lights are setup and I'll rough out an arduino program for you.

1/260 Stargate SG1 X303 Prometheus update 21/08/2014 Topplate Stand and hanga...
So i'm back home so i can work on Prometheus again
Here is the first hangar attached to Prometheus ill be casting the back piece of the hangar
Here is it from the bottom you can see that the Connection piece still has An empty space inside wich Will be used for the landing gear
Hope you guys like the update
