Hi everyone, this will be my first experience making a costume. Looking forward to all feedback and appreciate all suggestions=)
Lets get started, at the moment I have the following plans:
Purchased the gunhead design for batman beyond
Will print it on lycra from a website that provides the service.
I will attach a red vinyl covered EVA foam, to make the bat symbol 3d, using this tutorial

It is Latex.
Here are some questions I would like to ask, if anyone have an answer to it.
1) I intend to adhere the lycra over the latex mask, hoping it will give better "shape." Will also reinforce the horns so it stands tall. Any suggestions or tutorials that will help me put lycra over flexible latex? or anyway to harden the latex to give a better shape?
2) Any suggestions for the eyes? As the lycra will cover it.
3) What material is best for eyes like this? Traditionally batman cowls have holes, and spiderman costumes have hard lenses.
4) What is the best way to adhere EVA foam on lycra? Thinking I will need to for the belt, arm spikes, and bat symbol
