Game of thrones wardrobe help

I'm trying to make a Robert Baratheon costume for Halloween. I've already made the crown and now working on the actual wardrobe but seeing is how that is my weakest skill I need some help. Does anyone know what kind of material this is in the below picture and where I might be able to get it?
