This has been my dream costume for a long time, and this February I finally started it. It's mainly aluminum flashing and craft foam, with real leather straps attached with metal buckles and rivets. Real aluminum chain mail I did myself and painted with metallic copper. Soft parts are the work of my wife.
I debuted it at Dragon Con 2013 at the Evening at Bree party, and won Band's Choice in the costume contest. The first two photos are by Umo Photo (https://www.facebook.com/UMOPhoto/posts/424233671021409).
