i mean really? the movie is not even 10 years old. ashton kutcher could literally play the same guy as he looks exactly the same still. from what ive heard, the guy who cowrote the first one, is writing the reboot.
personally i think this is retarded


or maybe, this actually is the butterfly effect, and ashton kutcher goes back to 2004 and changes butterfly effect. mind blown.

I'm just waiting for a reboot to be announced while the original is still in the theater.

There were two, awful, sequels to Kutcher's butterfly effect. See also: Lathe of Heaven 2002 and 1980, or hell, even Hot Tub Time Machine The basic story gets retold every few years. They just aren't being at all coy, or original, about it this time.

I liked the first one, stopped watching half way through the 2nd one, but really enjoyed the 3rd one. The 3rd one changed some of the rules, but I liked the lead character and the murder mystery part. The 3rd movie's ending was interesting...

If its the exact same story as the first movie, I'll pass, but maybe catch it on rentals if it gets good word of mouth. I agree with this being made way too soon, or you know, not needing to be rebooted at all. I did like the Death at Funeral American remake, which was only a couple years older then the English one, so maybe I'll be wrong with this one.
