is he the dude that likes starting fights about deloreans or something? I remember reading about one guy on here who was like that. if so he fits in with the fakers on that show.

He's called Bob, from Bob's Prop Shop. He's a well known recaster, thief, and generally unpleasant person who has been pretty harsh to some members of this board.

He's also known as VideoBob I'm pretty sure he waas banned here.
