Iron man 3 Mark 42/ MK XLII foam build *first time pep build*

Hi guys! long time fan, first time builder

i know its a little late but the idea of building a suit just got in to me now

this is my first attempt (version 1) "scratch build suit":

This was completed in 4 days


the suit sitting next to me(i'm 13 by the way)


my helmet(i know, it sucks :facepalm)

now i decided that my scratch building sucks, so i replaced most of the parts with some of helagak's files and gimpee's helmet.
i am far impressed by the results of version 2:

so that's my suit(so far),

let me know what you guys think of the suit('cos i know you all can make awesome suits compared to mine)
any feedback ,comment,or advice is welcome.

from a fellow teenager to another anotherit looks like you had the same problems I did; I would suggest slowing down and if the foam starts to skip when you cut it (not one smooth cut) sharpen the bade you are using and to hold down the pieces until the glue is dry.
