I'm working on the Battle Bunny Riven sword from League of Legends:

I started off by sketching and estimating the size (it's now slightly too big):

I then proceeded to transfering it to the foam:

I then sawed it off with a skill saw. To anyone one using this kind of foam, use a skill saw to cut it. It cuts perfectly smooth and doesn't leave rough edges like an exacto knife.

And this is the final sawed sword. (As you can see it is slightly big, especially for the girl who is cosplaying Riven. But hey, its my first prop so good nuff)

I then used a rasp and a dremmel to carve the sides and the details:

I then used foam core poster-board to make the raised parts:

I realized that i never completed this thread. So i will now. The sword was a pain to make and i lack pictures do to the fact that it was too big! So 2 weeks before the con i restarted completely and finished the night before.

I think the costume and prop turned out nice seeing as it was incredibly rushed.
Please give me your thoughts and comments!
