Don Post standard Vader modified/repaint

I ended up getting this on a local Craigslist for $15. Just wanted something small to get into and pass some time. I am trying to keep this cheap as possible. Here are some progress pics.

Grounded down that seam on the face mask and filled it in any imperfections, and also took the dremel to anywhere that needed a trimming.

Just starting on the dome helmet tonight. I will post more pics of accessories I will be using later tonight, such as tusks, paints, primers, fillers, and mesh screens used.
