Not a difficult one.

Bare parts:

I sprayed it all black.....much of it will be seen in the final finish.

Details of the door.



Door and floor....door hardware and floot nails done after.

The scene.....the stones in the doorway are cut from the back of the box.

Legs. The feet were both pointed forward so I modified one to look more realistic.

The original head is bad...really bad....so bought a resculpt online.

Painted skin.

I thought that the head was very 'Karloff' is it possible you got a bad one? Mismatch mold?

I didn't show a pic of then original head....it's terrible really.

I'll try to get a pic of it to compare.

You can see here that it just doesn't look "monster" enough

Here is an online pic using the stock head

It's my opinion that the resculpt looks better......more like

Model Master enamels and a black fine tip marker.......those fine markers are great for details.

Humbrol Super Enamel was used on the door handle.....grabbed it from the space station kit that's been sitting around for a long time.

All colors are as from the bottle except the skin. I mixed a few colors till I got a tone I like for the skin.

This was my 3rd model since the last one.....in 1991. Found that I'm not too bad at it.....I think.
