Hey everyone! I had a build thread going here for my Mechro cosplay that I recently finished up and wore to Emerald City Comic Con.
For reference, this is Gaige's Cherry Bomb skin, a reward for getting 100 kills with a rocket launcher.
And this is the gun I picked to go with it- Miss Moxxi's Creamer! Ka-boom!
The costume took me about 250 hours, mostly because I ended up making a few drafts for several of the components along with my own pattern making. There were so many parts! Austin did the amazing airbrushing and masterminded the rocket launcher, which took us about 50 hours.
There is a huge WIP album here that covers all of the construction details.
Here are a few shots of the completed costume. Full album here! We took these about two blocks from my downtown apartment and got SO lucky on the light- no photoshop necessary!
