So here is the bear progress!

Took a lot off, but now it's shaped better so it'll grow in looking better. I also look like a 14 year old if I lose the beard entirely.

Wow. That helmet is looking really good. I can't wait to see it completely finished. Awesome beard as well. I recently shaved mine off for a Devil May Cry costume I'm putting together.

So here we go! Pretty much done, the last thing to do before sealing is to add some of the fancy designs on the neck guard. Work says I can print out stuff on thick paper, then I can cut them out like the foam pieces (really tedious) and stick them on, this will let me get finer and thinner detail than the foam.

I started making a cardboard version of this helmet a few days ago, should have some pics to share soon. :cool

Amazing job you've done so far, I'l keep an eye on it.
I'm a great fan of LOTR and for sure those dwarves charachters are so cool.
