For those of you who are stuck in Minnesota during the winter, some of the Minnesota prop clan will be showing off their toys at the Crowne Plaza and Suites in Bloomington March 1 - 3. Same hotel it's been for a number of years, (although it used to be a Holiday Inn Express), now on the 2nd floor for the 2nd year. MarsCon 2013 [Ctrl] [Alt] [Delete] ... Thriving Into The Future
It's a very fun con, and it's got another selection of great guests - this year includes Claudia Christian (Babylon 5), Harry Turtledove, and Sarah Clemens. It's the only con that I know of (outside of the Star Wars Celebrations and the like) that has a regular prop display. I think it's also the only one of only 2 or 3 that has a Dementia Music track. Anyway, it's a great con, (and a fun 3 day long prop party, basically) and it's coming up really quick.

We've also been requested to show off props again at Springcon (MN State Fairgrounds May 18 & 19): Midwest Comic Book Association ( MCBA ) | Facebook
and at the Twin Cities Maker annual Minne Faire (April 13 & 14): Twin Cities Maker » Blog Archive » Minne-Faire: A Maker and DIY Exposition ? April 13-14 but Marscon is coming up much more quickly.
