Hello all,
Looking to construct some classic TOS tunics. I know that Season One used a heavy velour with a bit of a sparkle in it while they then went to an acrylic weave for Seasons Two and Three. I would prefer to do the velour version. Any thoughts on where to obtain this material or something close?
Also, does anyone have experience with the TOS tunic patterns at either Roddenberry.com or Costumecostumecostume.com? I purchased a WOK turtleneck pattern from the latter, and it was fine but not a high quality pattern. I'm looking for a decent pattern that's accurate, down to the upper left torso "hidden" zipper.
I am looking around in The Starfleet 1701st! Forums but haven't found much yet.
