Red color spray paint for Iron man?

First off was the original suit metallic red?


Please don't mention Duplicolor, first time I used it and will be the last, it's total garbage, the paint easily peels off, I used Duplicolor primer and followed direction ect... the top coat just won't stick, same with their gold, I masked using low tack tape, the paint just peeled off, total waist of time and money, I've been painting foerever I never had these issues with other brands.

I need a good red rattle can alternative, any one used Tamiya metallic red and does Krylon make metallic red? been using Krylon for a while with great results and TBH Krylon Gold is way more accurate then Sunburst Gold compared to Duplicolor which is more of a sandy color.

I agree, lay down a nice silver/chrome coat over a gloss black like Krylon Brilliant Silver, then put Testor's Clear Candy Apple Red over it.
