Incredible work man, bravo! I'm currently working on the headpiece for release day, as I don't have time for a whole suit :(

I was curious how you managed to do yours? More so the visor piece, is it electronic or just movable, and how did you get about doing it?

Again, awesome stuff! Can't wait to see the whole thing together!

Thanks again for the comments everyone!

Blatti: thank you! Nice i hope to see pics when you've completed it!

Mine was constructed from cardboard and hot glue (the ear pieces) then i sculpted over them with epoxy putty and spray painted them. After that it was a lot of trial and error with chiseling out sections and more epoxy putty. I put a (crudely made) joint made from a flat metal plate with a small wooden piece (the kind you use to join wood furniture together) and epoxy and the visors have two joints. One at the 'ear muff' and the other where the visor is.

Then its just a hairband that joins the two together

The teeth down the center of the visor have magnets on them to keep the visor in place.

mizuno hadouken: thanks! i used insulation foam coated with rubber cement and then sculpted into it with a stick while it was still tacky

skylu3Design: thank you so much!!

I would like to do mine inspirated from your work (I hope this does not bother you). I'm French, so I hope to make myself understood. I have some questions about your incredible achievement. The first is: the navy blue outfit that you used for the base, what is it? Morphsuits ?
What kind of foam did you use? EVA foam?
How do you set the combination after the armor stuck and if it is not stuck how did you do?
Thank you for taking some time to answer me and congratulate you again for your great job!

That Mariachi outfit will make you blend in with the locals
but seriously nice work on the whole project. It's given me inspiration to make my own Raiden project.
