? about awful 80s film "Not Of This Earth.."

Hey All..

So there is this awful 80s film starring Traci Lords called NOT OF THIS EARTH...
Its streaming on Netfilx - - Not worth a watch at all except - for SOME REASON - the opening credits roll over all this awesome footage of stop motion space monsters, aliens, creatures, etc.... That is why I actually WATCHED the movie - But NONE of that stuff is IN the film..

I assume they took the intro from scenes from anotehr 80s sci-fi flick, which looks cool to me... Wondering - - - - Does anyone know what film the scenes are from??

Stream it through the opening credits, then turn it on and save yourself 90 mins!!

The opening credits feature a montage of clips from various other Roger Corman movies, including
Battle Beyond the Stars, Forbidden World, Galaxy of Terror, Humanoids from the Deep, Nebo zovyot and Piraya. Sample footage from each of these movies appears numerous times throughout the movie as filler footage, as well as two full-length scenes from Hollywood Boulevard and "Humanoids from the Deep".

Why isn't it a shock that Corman would fill time with already recorded stuff from his own movies lol.

Blegh, even if it were a good movie, I don't think I could sit through anything starring Traci Lords. I used to be a fan of hers, until I met her in person.

Yeah I heard she's as big a witch as she played in her movies, she was even a witch when she was in an adult star from what folks said. This isn't one of Corman's better films.

Ya she is (not shockingly) awful in this also-awful film. The porn acting skills really crossed over to this flop!
