Question on Slush Casting

Ok, I've looked through the forums and tried to find some pointers or tutorials on how to mold and cast a piece made. I've built up a Sith Acolyte mask (not full helmet but about 3/4ths coverage) and I'm wanting to mold and cast it.

I understand the process of a silicone mold and then mother mold over it (plaster). My question comes in on the next part. How does one then do the resin cast into the silicone mold? Any pages I can go read up on?

I use Smooth-On 65D in small 40g quantities. It kicks in about 3-5 minutes and using smaller coats gives you a smoother, more even casts. Usually 3 complete coats gives you a good 1/8" thickness.
