Help with a Batsuit

I'm going to be working on a build of a batsuit that is based mainly on the returns suit, but with a few tweaks to the design. The first change is that I want the cowl to be separated into a head and neck piece, I also want to have the shoulders separate from the chest piece, other than that, I only plan on changing minor details. First off, I'm wondering what would be the best way to do comic style eyes, I plan on making a plaster and Bondo cowl, but I might just buy a latex one and modify it. Second, I'd like a little help with the suit, which I plan on making out of a combination of EVA foam with upholstery foam padding.
